Brief description - The internet sales fundraising program provides a very easy means to raise money for your organization on a national level. It is easiest of all our church and schools fundraising programs to set up and manage. The participants can either send and email, distribute a flyers or talk to their supporters and let them know about our web site. The supporters indicate the school or organization name when placing the order and the order is shipped to the customer. At the end of the program, the school or organization will receive thirty ( 30% ) of the total sales ( excluding shipping and taxes ).
Here is how the program works. This program has three phases. The first phase is used to determine how the supporters are informed of the event and determine the start and end dates for the event. The supporters place their orders online and the orders are shipped directly to the supporters. The last phase is customer service.
Planning and Organization
The first phase of the fundraising event is the planning and organization. Usually, there is a person responsible for organizing the event. This person should have an established set of volunteers available to assist the organizer. Here is a list of details that should be determined in this phase.
- Determine the start and end dates for the event.
- Determine how the supports are informed of the event. We recommend sending out an email ( we have examples ), handing out a flyer with all the information ( we have examples ) or have the participants contact their friends and family in person.

Sales stage
This stage is where the supporters purchase emergency preparedness supplies and survival kits from the online store. Very little is needed at this stage from the organizers except to keep the momentum going.
- Participants start delivering material about the event.
- Supporters purchase survival kits and supplies online store.
- The products are shipped directly to the supporters
- At the end of the event, the organization will receive thirty ( 30% ) of the sales excluding any shipping and applicable taxes.
Customer Service
Any customer service issues are handled by Urban Survival Tools and the supporters. The event organizers to not have to worry about any customer service issues.
